Deposit & Returns Policy

When a customer (‘You’) receives one or more of the following display items:

(a) Display Box (large);
(b) Display Box (Small);
(c) Protein Ball Display Jar;
(d) Two Row Dubai Ball Display Stand; and
(e) Three Row Dubai Ball Display Stand
(together ‘Display Item’),

a refundable deposit is required.This deposit is held as security to ensure the Display Item is returned in the same condition in which it was provided.

The deposit will be fully refunded once the Display Item has been returned and inspected, provided it is free from damage and in good, clean, and reusable condition.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the Display Item while it is in their possession. Any damage, breakage, excessive staining, missing parts, or condition that prevents the item from being reused will result in all of the deposit being retained to cover reasonable cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.

Normal wear and tear (as defined under Australia Consumer Law) from reasonable use will not affect the deposit refund.

If the Display Item is returned damaged or in a condition that requires cleaning or repair, we will assess the item and advise You of any applicable deduction from the deposit. If the cost of repair or replacement exceeds the deposit amount, You may be responsible for the additional cost.

Once the Display Item has been returned and approved, the deposit will be refunded using the original payment method, subject to normal payment processing times.

By accepting the Display Item, You agree to take reasonable care of it and return it in good, clean, and reusable condition.
