Munja Bakehouse is a gluten free bakery specialising in artisan baked goods, gluten-free slices and bars. Established in 2009 Munja Bakehouse markets a distinctive range of wholesale healthy slices and bars to suit all needs.
Our signature product, the FNG Bar™ has garnered significant attention in the market due to its exceptional flavour. Our bars are a harmonious blend of superfoods, including figs, nuts and grains. The recipe reflects the traditional presence of figs and almond trees in Mediterranean homes, combining the fruit and nut flavours with the subtlety of local grains to create a unique delicacy.
We proudly supply cafés, catering companies and convention centres across Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and the ACT. With 15 enticing products, we aim to delight taste buds and enhance sales for our customers.
